Postsecondary Data Experts Address Skills Summit
Postsecondary Data Policy: Better Information for Students and Practitioners
WDQC organized a panel of postsecondary data experts to address the National Skills Coalition's 2016 Skills Summit, held just outside of Washington, DC. Speakers included Mark Schneider of the American Institutes for Research and College Measures; Jenna Leventoff of WDQC; Neal Gibson of the Arkansas Research Center; and Mamie Voight of the Institute for Higher Education Policy. They covered recent policy developments at the federal and state levels with a focus on scorecards for students, legislation, executive action, and inclusion of workforce outcomes in logitudinal data systems.
